Sourcing and screening qualified candidates

Arranging medical examinations of selected candidates
All hired candidates required to undergo medical examination to ensure that they are fit for the job required by the client.Medical examination is being done in cooperation with our affiliated Medical Centers accredited by DOH and any other Health Ministries abroad
Schedules applicant to take a Trade Test (when necessary)
We schedule Trainings/Trade Test examinations depending on the category needed or demanded by the Client with several training center test accredited by TESDA, to give assurance that the qualification of the worker is being met
Processing of workers’ papers at the government offices
We process the required documentation of all selected candidates and strictly monitoring all the list of requirements from Passports, Employment Contract, Visa, Medical, clearances and other related documents to ensure there are non missing prior to process to our labor offices
Securing travel clearances
We strictly monitor and secure the important documents of the selected candidates to avoid any loss
Collection of visas at embassy concerned
Our liaison officer is in-charge to process the visa stamping to Embassy
Briefing and orientation of selected workers
All selected candidates must undergo intensive orientation prior to their mobilization date to prepare intellectually and emotionally against demand required by their job, just to give them a brief information about their country destination, their company, terms & conditions about what do’s and don’t.
Airline booking and ticketing services
Booking of the ticket is being done by the client or by the Recruitment Agency
Other Services (as arranged by the client)
Client’s arrangement such as hotel, visa and ticket
These include turnaround services for recontractees, in which Chemsult Philippines Inc. handles all the paperwork and travel arrangements for their return to job sites and other extra services.
